Break open large cracks and remove all loose plaster. Soak work area with Pera Seal and allow to dry. Add Pera Marbel Dust Fine (MD200) +/- 10% to the Pera Repair Compound, to form a thick paste and apply 2 to 3 layers. Allow sufficient drying time between layers. Smooth surface while still wet, as it cannot be sanded when dry. Sealing of roofs: Remove loose screws and narrow hole by inserting matchsticks or wood shavings. Dip screw into Pera Repair Compound and fasten firmly. Holes and gaps can be sealed by flashing. Do not try to seal corroded roofs, as this would only be a temporary solution. Flashing: Make sure surface is clean and dry. For plastered surfaces seal with Pera Seal. Apply a thin layer of Pera Repair Compound and cover with netting. Allow to dry and apply a second layer. Smooth surface while still wet, as it cannot be sanded when dry. NB: Pera Repair Compound may not be used to repair cracks in swimming pools or any other area, where it will be covered by water.
